Unifrog re-brand!

We are moving away from Unifrog to Talentino as our careers education provider. We are currently in a transition period, but have completed the unifrog units we were due to cover this term and are ready to launch Talentino in September 2026.

Talentino Careers is a UK-based organization that specializes in creating and delivering inclusive career education programmes for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). They provide training, resources, and consultancy to schools and colleges to help students build independence, employability, and life skills for employment.

Key services and activities include:

· SEND Careers Education: Implementing tailored pathways (Foundations and Navigate) that align with Gatsby Benchmarks to ensure quality career guidance.

· Staff Training and Consultancy: Training school staff to confidently deliver career guidance and implementing their "Same and Different" model, which is adopted by the Careers and Enterprise Company.

· The Enterprise Programme: A hands-on project-based curriculum where students run small enterprises to gain work skills.

· Employer Engagement: Facilitating employer encounters and work insights to improve employment opportunities for young people with SEND.

· Resources and Support: Providing online and virtual activities, career development journals, and a free annual conference. talentinocareers.co.uk Talentino is part of Get Set UK and serves as the strategic partner for SEND for The Careers & Enterprise Company.
