Oak Tree School is being established by the Maiden Erlegh Trust and is a natural extension of the Trust’s commitment to providing opportunity, diversity and success for all and prioritising the education, well-being and personal development of every student.
Mandy Wilton - Executive Headteacher (Special/AP) at Maiden Erlegh Trust will lead the development of the school with the support of a wider Maiden Erlegh Trust team. Mandy is currently the substantive Headteacher of Cranbury College, an Alternative Provision college in Reading, and is also Executive Headteacher of Hamilton School in Reading.
Establishing a new school is a team effort and the project team responsible for establishing Oak Tree School draws on a wide range of skills and expertise that exists within Maiden Erlegh Trust. Overseeing this project is a Steering Group made up of three Trustees plus the CEO, CFOO and the Director of Inclusion and Safeguarding at Maiden Erlegh Trust.
We will be looking to open our recruitment window from September 2021 and are very interested in hearing from you if you are interested in exploring opportunities to join our team. Please register your interest by emailing us at OTS@maidenerleghtrust.org
